Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated based on the specific token package purchased. Generally, users are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that zero tokens from the package have been consumed for AI generation or artifact exports.

Non-Refundable Items
Token packages that have had any portion of their balance consumed for AI generation, LaTeX compilation, or PDF downloads are strictly non-refundable. Additionally, specialized professional services such as manual resume reviews are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Technical Resolution
In the event of a platform-side technical failure that prevents you from using your purchased tokens, we will first attempt to rectify the issue and restore access. If the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a credit adjustment or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
